Refund policy

30 days, no questions asked

If a Huqiao Games Academy product is not what you needed, tell us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not have to give a reason.

What this covers

• The Culturalization Video Course
• The ebook Chinese Art & Aesthetics
• The China Review Rescue Kit and the China Deal & Inbox Check, bought separately or together

If you bought both field kits together, the refund is for the pair. If you bought the course, the ebook that comes with it is part of the same refund.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or include your order number. That is all we need.

How you get your money back

We refund to the payment method you used. We send it within 5 working days of your email; your bank or card provider may take up to 10 more working days to show it.

After a refund

Your access to the course is switched off, and we ask you to delete the files you downloaded. One refund per customer per product.

Team licences and invoices

For purchases made by invoice or for a team licence, the same 30 days apply, counted from the invoice date.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Nothing here limits them.
